Duke’s is a dog training complex with over 10 acres dedicated to all things dogs! Swimming, dock diving, frisbee, recreational SAR field, Fast CAT’s, Barn Hunt and more! The outdoor dock diving facility features 2 above ground swimming pools, just for dogs! A 45’x20’ practice pool AND 60’x20’ competition pool. We are now open year round with the addition of our 6,000 sqft building. We also host national dock diving competitions, fcat trials and group classes. Book your individual session on our website. So we are looking for a place to practice dock diving with my German shepherd lab mix. I was wondering if there are ways to rent the dock for a couple hours?
Yes. We offer private sessions for 30 or 60 minute at a time where you have the facility to yourself however we are closed for the winter and will open back up in May.

My dogs are not in training for competition.They are Basset Hounds. Are they welcome to visit on leash and socialize.
Absolutely! You can do a "try it" or just socialize.

Any event held at Dukes is free and open to the public, during which times, you're more than welcome to bring your leashed pooches! Hours for events can be found at the Dukes K9 Dash and Splash Facebook page. However during nonevent times, the sessions are private.
Their prices are on their website - if your dog hasn't been swimming before, it's probably a good idea to sign up for the kind of session where someone helps you.

It is fun to come watch and meet all different breeds, not to mention, supporting a local business.
