Doyle's Farm Kennels

Update: A couple months after picking Bentley up I started to have some issues again, Jerod was always responsive to my questions and would trouble shoot with me. I already had scheduled Bentley going back out to the kennels for two weeks so I was not so patiently waiting for that to happen. Jerod worked with Bentley again while he was out there and tried a pinch collar on him. I could immediately tell the difference that the pinch collar did and it has completely turned everything back around. Bentley . Bentley's recall is amazing right now and he is becoming more and more in tune with me making walks so much easier. I'm able to take him out in public more and have so much more control over him. The tools that Jerod has given both of us have truly helped Bentley turn into a great dog. I brought my dog (Bentley) to Jerod for obedience training and was extremely satisfied. Jerod listened to all of my concerns and provided advice all along the way. I went out to work with Bentley most weekends and Jerod spent at the least an hour with me each time giving me tips and suggestions. I really enjoyed being able to work with Bentley and have Jerod there as support, as well as, to teach me how to properly handle and work with Bentley. I used to have a very hard time walking Bentley and would get pulled along the way and jerked whenever something crossed his path. I can now walk Bentley with no pulling and jerking. I actually enjoy walking him now! I can also let him off leash and he responds when I call him to me. I also have been given the tools to work with Bentley as issues arise, and have found it very easy to continue working with him given what Jerod has taught me. Jerod has been a great support since I have had Bentley at home, he has checked in with me and answered all my questions. I would bring any of my future dogs out to Jerod at Doyle's Farm Kennels before trying any other options.

Sending our 14 month old lab to Jerod for obedience training was the best decision we could have made for him and our family. Jett was getting very big and very hard headed and Jerod trained him to be a well behaved, obedient dog in 6 weeks. We really liked how Jerod kept in touch with us to let us know how the training was going and how Jett was doing. Jerod had us come out several times to work with Jett and learn how to give him the commands, and he always let us stay as long as we wanted. We would not have sent our dog to just anywhere that we didn't totally feel comfortable leaving him for 6 weeks. We are so happy with the results of the training and would highly recommend Doyle's Farm Kennels to anyone looking for obedience or retriever training.

Just got my dog Barrett back today after four months with Jerod. It was hard for me to let go of my dog for that long, but it was by far worth it! His retrieving skills are better than I could've ever hoped for in only four months. Not only the hunting skills, but the obedience skills are night and day. He's so well behaved in the house. This is how everyone pictures owning a dog is like. He's glued to my hip with no leash or e-collar. Jerod is able to cater the training to the dog. If the dog is advancing quickly or slowly, he's able to personalize the training to make sure the dog gets the most out of it. My dog was a giant idiot when I dropped him off, and now he's able to hold his own with the big boys. Not to mention he doesn't nickel and dime you at every corner. Very upfront with how training is going and doesn't sugar coat things to make the owners happy. I will definitely be bringing Barrett back to get his hunt test certifications! Very glad I found Doyle's Farm Kennels.
