I have a handsome shi tzu named Bash. He is soft a cuddly but had a huge problem marking. I was referred to Tyler from a great friend for additional potty training. Tyler and Melissa were instrumental in training Bash for me. They took great care of Bash, sent me pictures of progression and to let me know he was loved and taken care of during the process. Bash came home with a fresh bath and a new attitude! Melissa sent me home with instructions and it has been several weeks and I am completely satisfied. Tyler and Melissa have also have checked on Bash's progress sense he graduated training. This team went beyond my expectations and I am extremely pleased. The team also gave me new rules to coincide with Bash's training and that has been extremely helpful. Thank you to Tyler and his team for being professional and taking on my sweet Bash. We are forever grateful!

After getting a 5 month old puppy who had been neglected by his previous owner we started having problems with house training and simple task like walking through a door. He was unable to walk on a leash and had such low confidence in anything he would do. Once Tyler and I talked on the phone he told me he was unfamiliar with the breed (hanging tree cow dog). Two days later he called back to check in and was able to tell me things about the breed that I didn’t even know even with owning him. Once training started he would give regular updates and send videos of his improvement. When the board and train ended Tyler was very helpful with any further questions I had and offered to meet so we could do sessions with me included. Overall he did an amazing job at building my dog’s confidence and furthering my knowledge in training a dog. In the future I will use him for all of my dog’s training.

In over 20 years of my owning dogs, Tyler’s dedication to building a relationship with both dog and owner as part of his training is unparalleled. He focuses on each individual dog’s personality and owner’s needs to teach both dog and owner how to build a behavior pattern leading to success in training. Tyler is endlessly committed to his clients. At the same time he build his own relationship of trust and play with each dog, and when our dog sees Tyler he can’t wait to go jump in Tyler’s lap and say hello. What a gift it has been to meet and work with Tyler.

The trainer, Tyler, was extremely professional in all his exchanges with me. He took my life situation into account (widow, 70, on daily PD dialysis) and made a number of recommendations as a result. He shared information about my dog’s breed history that I didn’t know and was very helpful to me in understanding my puppy’s temperament. He kept my Cookie a couple days beyond her return date to work her a bit more to get her training where he wanted it. When she came home, it took a couple days for her to settle back in and for us to figure out the best nighttime arrangement—this only due to my being on my machine at night, and her still being too young to hold her urine 9 hrs—but within about 3 days she no longer had any indoor accidents and when I followed Tyler’s instructions, we got into a regular routine together. Having had the basic puppy training, she now follows the following commands very well: go potty , here, sit, heel, down, off, easy, enough, kennel, out (drop it), leave it— and she certainly knows what ‘no’ means. She knows when she approaches a door she must sit down until commanded to cross the threshold. Equally, she must remain seated until invited to come out of her crate. She is very well mannered since being trained by Tyler, who I highly recommend. Although I balked at the cost, I’m so pleased that I hope to have Tyler give Cookie his advanced training course when she is 9months old, even though I will be living in Nashville TN
