Dopamine K9 Training & Behavior

We cannot say enough wonderful things about DopamineK9’s Board & Train program! We brought our 9-month-old French Bulldog brothers to them after realizing they were struggling with littermate syndrome. They’ve been back home with us now for almost a month and we’re amazed by the transformation. Jeremy and his team took the time to understand the boys individually and taught them the skills they needed to become more confident, independent, and well-behaved. They respond to all basic commands now, stay on “place” until released and are double leash trained as well. The best part is that they’re no longer competing for attention or the position of top dog which was causing horrible fights. We were also trained to know how to continue supporting the boys at home and they always respond quickly to follow-up questions we’ve had. We can’t thank them enough for the serenity they brought back into our home. We are so grateful for their patience, expertise, and dedication. ❤️🐾

2 years ago my husband and I impulsively adopted a traumatized and feral 7 pound chihuahua named Bert. He was terrified of everything and very high-needs. I thought we had made a terrible mistake. But instead of giving up, I reached out to Jeremy at Dopamine K9 for advice. He came to our house for just one hour, and that one hour changed everything for our little dog, Bert. Jeremy gave us a handful of strategies to help Bert come out of his shell. Now we have a fantastic travel companion, snuggle buddy, and happy little guy. Now I am back with them doing remote collar training, learning the skills to make Bert feel happy and safe, and that I can use with any future dog I have. We sent our 2 1/2 year old pitty to dopamine as a last chance option. She is my grief dog. The devastating feeling I was sitting with knowing she needed drastic measures to help her or she would have had to go was one of the hardest things I have had to come to terms with. She spent 5 weeks in their care. When I say she came back a different dog I mean that in the best way possible. When she arrived at Dopamine she was reactive, had no behavioral training, barked at everything and anything, no spacial awareness, did not listen to anyone, and was very hyper. When she came back she was mellow, gentle, comes to every command, ignores the other animals on our property even when they’re barking, isn’t jumping on anyone, and is the dog we all knew she could be. If I ever needed a dog trained again this would be my only choice. It would also be the only place I’ll recommend to family and friends. We can't say enough good things about Dopamine Dog Training! We enrolled our dog, Cedar, in the 3-week Board & Train program because we wanted him to develop consistent basic obedience skills and reliably respond to commands.
