Donnybrook Kennel And Inn

Wanted so much to like this kennel but after one stay with mixed experience (had a mix up with billing), we have tried to schedule another reservation by phone, email and even FB with zero response. I tried one more time a few days ago before leaving a bad review and again no response. Not sure if they're still in business? If so, it's not a good way to build trust and good will with your customers! :(

‼️IF YOU LOVE YOUR DOG... DO NOT GO HERE‼️ I called a week ahead of time to make a 530 drop off appointment. When I arrived nobody was there... tried calling 6 x... no answer. Then I went to there house. She finally came outside to meet me. I should of left then..... when I went to pick up Rose... Called DonnyBrook Kennels that I was on my way... she said she was finishing her coffee and than she would go to the shop. She brought up Rose... her dog bed was soaking wet with urine and her blanket had feces on it. The owner said she didn’t get to the dogs yet... this is 730 am. When we went outside to leave Rose pee’d a long long time... (So, when did she pee on the bed?) Then I’m about to leave And she asked if I brought my own food? Ummmmm.... what? 🙄🥺 (I hope she was fed when I was gone for 6 days) When we were driving home... Rose stank like urine and was puffing and shaking! We got home and she polished off a half bowl of water. Grrrrrrrr.... checking Donny Brook Kennels in Cedar Grove off my “doing continued business with” list! ‼️PLEASE MARK IT OFF YOURS AS WELL‼️
