Domino Service Dogs (DSD) is a Lakewood, Colorado-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to breaking down the prohibitive financial, physical, and systemic barriers to service dog ownership. Operating under a "by us, for us" disability-led model, DSD empowers individuals with disabilities to train their own service dogs through a structured 2-year owner-trainer program. By utilizing 100% force-free, evidence-based, reward-based techniques, such as clicker training, DSD eliminates traditional $35,000–$45,000 agency costs and multi-year waitlists while building independence, community, and public access rights

This amazing, compassionate and talented team of individuals don’t just train service dogs, they train people who need help to train their dogs for their specific needs. This allows clients to gain precious independence and as a by product, confidence and self reliance.
This team cares about the dogs and the people in their program and go above and beyond to ensure safety for everyone involved. Sometimes that means setting boundaries that people may not understand. As a lifetime dog owner this has been an eye opener for me, I think the most appropriate phrase is I didn’t know what I didn't know! But that is OK because this amazing team helps us every step of the way and we are beyond grateful!

The whole Domino Service Dogs team has been extremely helpful and as nice as can be with regard to helping me train my massive Great Dane. From the application process to the dog interview, everything was straightforward. I just started classes with my puppy, but I can already tell the experience and training will be invaluable. Thanks to the whole team!

I have train the 1st of the group who was a wonderful Service Dog name KIOWA Hudson Linville! I’m so thankful to her I miss the how she said you’ve got this carrie and you can do this all the way and I missed that confidence that I had with her. Love everybody there tI💜😘🙏🏻🧡🦮
