Amazing team + S Tier service = 101 stars out of 10! I highly recommend them for both training and boarding. We have 3 dogs, two of which needed a little bit of help. We reached out to Dogwood for a training consultation. They showed up to our door, and we could immediate see they knew what they were doing. The two pups that needed the help, immediately warmed up to Dogwood and we felt very comfortable sending them off for training. A couple weeks later and us learning a thing or two too, our doggos were back home well behaved and as happy as ever! Since then we have used Dogwood for short and long term kennel stays for all our dogs. And again I wholeheartedly recommend them. All three dogs come back happier and healthier every time!

We are so grateful to Katie with Dogwood k9 services. She is an amazing trainer who was recommended to us by our vet. Also if you choose Dogwood you will be supporting the trainer and her rescue dog who helped locally to find people after Helene. After giving birth to our first baby our dogs were acting out and we were at wits end. Katie’s board and train program was the perfect balm. Having them away for the training period allowed us to reset as the dogs were getting trained back into shape. She came by our home and brought our dogs back for a few evenings during the training process. We got to see the progress and also have her work our dogs with us so that when she hands them back over you have a high chance of success.

Katie helped our 2 y/o adopted hound mix, Duncan, address his stranger danger issues and anxiety. We enrolled Duncan in her 4-week training program and the results were amazing! She was able to help Duncan navigate public spaces and calm down enough to follow commands. Now, we can take Duncan on walks without the fear of crossing paths with another person or animal. Katie is incredible to work with. We highly recommend her.

We enrolled our Cane Corso in her board-in puppy training that lasts 2 weeks, and the results are AMAZING. My girl is no longer pulling in her leash, she knows basic commands, and I am not worried about taking her into public anymore! I can’t wait to enroll her in big dog training with Katie!
