We got Roscoe, our basset hound, from a dog rescue two years ago Roscoe was five years old. In the first year, we tried two other dog trainers without much success. Roscoe had severe anxiety with people and other dogs. Roscoe went through Ernesto's training program, and Roscoe has improved greatly. Ernesto has taught both Roscoe and us tools and techniques to improve and conquer Roscoe's anxiety with people and other dogs. We highly recommend Ernesto and Dogs 360. He has made tremendous impact on Roscoe's and our quality of life.

We brought our highly reactive dog to Ernesto and his team at Dogs360 for the extended stay/training option. We left with a less reactive, more disciplined, and happier furry friend. And we became smarter and wiser doggy handlers! Ernesto's approach to dog training is both unique and effective. He does not just totally love dogs and being around them...he understands them (and...I believe...actually often THINKS like a dog :) ) Ernesto and his Dogs360 team are amazing and I 1000% recommend Dogs360 for your dog training and boarding needs.

honestly don’t even know where to begin with this review because “5 stars” doesn’t really feel like enough. Remington came to Dogs 360 with some pretty significant anxiety and reactivity. We had worked with two trainers prior to finding Ernesto, and while we appreciated their efforts, the difference between those experiences and what we experienced with Ernesto and Dogs 360 has been night and day. When Remi came home, I could genuinely see a different dog. He’s more confident in himself, more comfortable in his surroundings, and we’re finally starting to learn that we can actually go out into the world and have fun instead of constantly anticipating the next reaction. Things that once felt nearly impossible — being around other dogs, people, traffic, and all the stimulation that comes with being out in public — are now things we can work through. Are we “finished”? Absolutely not. This is still a work in progress, and we have plenty of training and consistency ahead of us. But the difference is that now we actually have the tools to continue building on what Ernesto started. One of the biggest things I appreciate about Ernesto is that he didn’t just train Remington and send him home. He took the time to work with me too. He taught me how to lead him, how to communicate clearly, how to redirect his focus back onto me, and how to be prepared for situations before they become overwhelming. We even met up with Ernesto after Remi came home to work with him in town, in real-world situations, while also teaching me how to handle those situations myself. That personal level of involvement is something I can’t say enough good things about. I think one of the biggest changes I’ve had to make personally is changing the mindset I bring into these situations. Instead of walking into a busy environment thinking, “What if something happens and Remi loses it?” I’m learning to walk in thinking, “We’re here to have fun, and I know how to help him through this.” That shift alone has been incredible. I genuinely believe the money we spent on Remington’s training was priceless. Not because he suddenly became a “perfect dog,” but because Dogs 360 gave both of us the tools, confidence, and communication to build the relationship we’ve always wanted. If you have a dog that struggles with anxiety, reactivity, confidence, or just needs the right structure and communication, I cannot recommend Dogs 360 and Ernesto enough. I cannot say enough good things about Dogs 360! I have two giant dogs who are littermates (130-150+ lbs. each), and when I dropped them off for their board and train program last fall, they were absolute menaces. I have owned dogs for 14+ years and worked with several different trainers over the years, from basic classes at the pet store to private lessons, but I have never seen real, lasting success like this before working with Ernesto. The transformation in my dogs has been incredible. They are more confident, more responsive, and so much easier to communicate with, and it is genuinely fun to take them out into the world now instead of it being the stressful experience it used to be. We can go to stores, restaurants, parks, hikes, and other places without me constantly worrying about whether they are going to behave. The training has also made a huge difference in real-life, high-pressure moments. On one walk, multiple loose dogs charged us and my dog’s collar broke, but he turned, came right back to me, and sat down immediately, even as the other dogs were being taken away barking. That kind of reliability is something I honestly did not think was possible for my dogs before this training. Beyond the results, it is obvious how much they care. My dogs absolutely love Ernesto and get incredibly excited any time they know they are going to see him for daycare. You can see the genuine bond he has built with each dog and how much thought, care, and skill he has put into working with my pups. Dogs 360 has completely changed what life with my dogs looks like, and I am so grateful. I would recommend them to anyone looking for serious, thoughtful, effective training — especially if you have challenging dogs or dogs you want to include safely and confidently in more of your life.
