I couldn't be happier with Maggie as my dog trainer for my adorable puppy, Ruby! From the very first session, Maggie showcased a deep understanding of dogs, and her approach was nothing short of magical. Maggie’s patience and positive reinforcement techniques have worked wonders. Ruby, who was initially young and a bit unsure, blossomed under Maggie’s guidance. Maggie has a unique ability to connect with dogs and understand their behavior, which made the training sessions both effective and enjoyable. I was particularly impressed by her tailored training plans. Maggie took the time to understand Ruby's personality and my goals and crafted sessions perfectly suited to Ruby's needs. Maggie was wonderful and very helpful addressing problems we had with our new dog who is a rescue from a puppy mill. Maggie identified the cause of her barking and sometimes growling at my husband when the 3 of us were in the kitchen as resource guarding and showed us how to address and resolve the problem which is now almost resolved!! Maggie also told us Bailey's barking and growling at strangers and other dogs inside and outside was due to fear and this issue is now also resolving. We've only had our dog 2 months. Maggie is very thorough and patient with my dog and her human parents. Maggie also provides her training program in writing which makes it easier to remember her training instructions. I would definitely recommend her as a dog trainer.

Maggie is wonderful! Very knowledgeable in helping clients with dogs having difficult behaviors. She has helped me to understand where the behaviors may be coming from and how to correct them with positive reinforcement. Zoey has done so well, her negative behaviors have decreased drastically and I now know what to do if she has a set back. I am more in tune with how she is acting and realizing more quickly when she is stressed. I am now enjoying my dog and she is enjoying me. Maggie gives you the resources and follows up with you to make sure you are making progress. Don't hesitate to call Maggie!

I highly recommend Maggie! Our Sheepadoodle was showing a lot of signs of fear aggression toward other people and dogs (unfortunately we sent him to a boarding program that trained with E-collars - his behavior continued to get worse) that’s when I found Maggie. She has been working with us since June 2022 and what a significant improvement in his behavior. She focuses on positive reinforcement and desensitization at the pace our dog can handle. Our pup is not perfect but everyday he shows improvement. She has given me the skills and tactics to enjoy walking my dog again! Maggie is easy to communicate with and arrange training sessions.
