Dogs We Trust - Dog Training

I have a 15 month old Great Pyrenees who had a very rough start in life. I got him at 9 weeks old and I was his 2nd owner. I have been working with Jonathan for several months, and Sammy is coming out of his shell more and more. Jonathan is very patient and compassionate, while being firm with him at the same time. Sammy’s behavior in general is much improved, including not as much destructive chewing, and he’s a happier dog. I cannot say enough positive things about working with Jonathan. He is truly a stellar individual, and I highly recommend him. There aren’t enough stars.

I am so very grateful for Jonathan and Jocelyn! There aren’t enough stars for my review! We have a goofy and easy going Golden, and then a super high energy Belgian Malinois mix who is a great escape artist! I hated boarding them in the past because it would normally mean she’d be somewhere stuck mostly inside so she couldn’t escape. I took Macie for a test visit to the facilities (which are the most beautiful grounds I’ve ever seen) and finally was so relieved and thankful for a place where she can play outdoors AND be safe!! I didn’t have to worry about her escaping anymore. They kept the pups for 10 days while on vacation, sent me pics and videos and trained Macie as well. She’s learned to control her excitement and is now a joy to have in the car and on walks without her being so overly excited and anxious. They are truly dog whisperers and my dogs were SO loved and cared for while they were there. You are not just a number, they love your furbabies as if their own. I’d like to give huge thanks to Dogs We Trust for turning our naughty puppy into a very good boy! We were struggling with handling basic commands and behavioral problems with our pup and were getting extremely frustrated – so we decided to send him to two weeks of boarding/training with Jonathan and Jocelyn. And I have to say, it’s like we now have a different dog! He is now very responsive to commands and very well behaved – almost all of his naughty behaviors have disappeared. HUGE thanks to Jocelyn for helping him learn how to be a good pup. I think he really enjoyed his time with her and the other animals at Dogs We Trust! Communicating with both Jonathan and Jocelyn was very easy, and their facility is great and offers so much open space for the dogs to run around. We really had a great experience and look forward to boarding our dog with them in the future!
