Excellent experience! Highly recommend! Jacquye was the trainer assigned to us and she did a fabulous job, really knows her stuff and was committed to ensuring our success (both human and canine!). We have a very smart, energetic - large and working-breed - puppy, and the 10-week course made a huge difference in how we experience home life with her. Melissa was also a big part of the experience, checking in and ensuring we were on track throughout. Big thanks to Jacquye and Dogs by Melissa!!!

I called and left a message for Melissa. She was very quick to get back to me. She explained her two services (private training for 10 lessons at a park for $1500 and 3 week training in kennel training) for $3500. She was very pleasant and seemed excited about training my dog. I told her I would discuss with my husband and get back to her. She asked if I texted and said that would be a great way to communicate back to her. Within a half hour I texted her and said I was interested in the 10 week training. She did not respond back so I called her the following day and left a message that I had texted her and to please text or call me. I I GOT NOTHING, ZILCH, NADA. I NEVER HEARD BACK………

Oh my gosh! This 10 week training has been AMAZING for me and Stella! Stella is nearly five years old and I had put her through various trainings and just couldn't get it. THEN I had the opportunity to meet with Melissa and her wonderful team and go through the ten weeks of intensive training. IT IS THE BEST TRAINING out there! Wonderful! It was one-on-one and the trainers really worked with both me and Stella to "get it." They encouraged us and showed us and demonstrated until we got it. And boy oh boy! It was PERFECT! I have a wonderful dog whom I love even more deeply than I ever thought possible because she and I now know how to communicate with each other. She now has a "job to do" and both she and I know how it's supposed to be done. I 100% recommend training by Dogs By Melissa. Love Melissa, Amy & Jacqui as my trainers. I am so very grateful.
