Elisabeth really goes above and beyond. With only a few sessions, she was able to listen to the problems we were having, diagnose what was going on, and provide incredible recommendations that have totally changed the way we interact with our dog.

Then lockdown occurred, we moved out of NYC, and I panicked. Elisabeth to the rescue! She swiftly adapted and began offering us virtual training. Immediately I was impressed - every lesson was effective, productive and so helpful. She is knowledgeable, patient, positive and truly such a pleasure to work with. Three years later, and another pup added to our pack, Elisabeth is our go-to. She helped us (all virtually!) successfully train both pups with obedience, tricks and a plethora of so many fun skills! I just called, and I was trying to make an app for a dog that lives in NY. I'm a 501c3 holder and my adopters mostly live in NY area. I live in Montana, I called this place and the receptionist was laughing loudly about my statement when I mentioned that I needed help with a dog !!! She didn't allow me to even finish my sentence or even to explain it to her what's going on with the dog. She was laughing so disrespectfully. I believe that because my accent She went straight into a racist profile mood and she thought that a clown called her to make her laugh. I'm going to make sure that this review goes openly in social media. Fortunately each time when I call for services, I recorded my calls for safety purposes.

Elisabeth was very flexible and responsive , our puppy loved her and her training style was exactly what we were looking for. She was quick to help us get setup with a framework for our new rescue pup and any issues we had were resolved quickly with her direction and assistance. Thanks so much!
