Our 3.5 year old Chocolate Lab was IMPOSSIBLE to leave our house with and was an escape artist. He would drag us on the leash and hated getting in the car. When he would escape we would have to chase him around for hours. We had the pleasure of working with Mark for an 8 day boarding and training session while we were going out of state. I did not have very high expectations during the booking, especially after three years and various forms of training that seemed to get me no where, but Mark went above what would have been sky reaching expectations in my situation. MONEY WELL SPENT. Mark thoroughly discussed all of our concerns and the things that we wanted addressed and in confidence told us he could correct the problems we were experiencing, and HE DID! Mark sent several videos of our dog Scoobys progress daily and provided us with so much useful information, as well as cotrective tools and training for us to continue his new and improved behavior. We have never enjoyed taking a nice walk with our dog around our neighborhood without it being a whole fiasco. We have had Scooby back for a little over 24 hours and can visibility see a night and day difference in his behavior and for the first time are able to let him hang out with us outside of our yard, OFF LEASH. We could not be more appreciative for Mark and his expertise. My family will finally be able to enjoy walks, hikes, beach days, park visits and various other events with our dog, which we have wished for since he was a small puppy.
