Hi PJ, we’re glad you came out and that you found our team friendly.<br><br>We do want to clarify a few points, as your review doesn’t reflect how this event was structured:<br><br>• Event Pricing & Structure: This was a special Spring event with an entry fee per dog that was clearly listed in advance. It included multiple event-specific activities such as our Sniff Hunt, indoor game lounge, obstacle course, Splash Park, and staff-guided support throughout. This is different from a standard visit and was communicated prior to arrival.<br><br>• Dog Participation: You mentioned your dogs “just walked around.” For dogs who are new or unsure in social environments, observing, exploring, and moving at their own pace is completely appropriate. Our team spent time with you helping interpret their behavior and ensuring they felt safe and supported.<br><br>• Splash Park: While included as part of the event experience, participation is always optional. Not all dogs choose to engage, especially if they are still getting comfortable around other dogs.<br><br>• Snacks: Popcorn was available for $2 with free refills. The $5 item referenced was a separate “puppy chow” option that included a mix of dog-friendly treats. All items were optional and clearly priced prior to purchase.<br><br>Our team was actively present, answering questions, explaining services and pricing, and supporting both you and your dogs throughout the event.<br><br>We stand behind the value, transparency, and structure of what was offered.
