Kelly is awesome. It is obvious that she is very knowledgeable and is able to explain things in a way you can understand. She is not only able to identify issues, but also has incredibly targeted approaches to training. Rather than judge or criticize, she is extremely compassionate and thoughtful in her suggestions. We left feeling like we were all in the training processes together. She takes the time to understand your situation, explain behaviors, and work with you to develop strategies that help you and your dog. I don’t think I could recommend her highly enough!

Kelly is by far the best trainer that I have ever worked with. I have been working with Kelly for the past 8 months to train my service dog. Kelly has been extremely involved since the beginning. She came with me to evaluate the litter of pups to ensure that I got the best dog for service work. She not only helped to pick the BEST puppy I could have asked for, she continues to support us with our service dog training. From puppy classes, to Canine Citizen and beyond, Kelly continues to be a fantastic support for us. She is patient, kind, and truly cares about the people and dogs that she works with. I highly recommend Kelly to anyone who is interested in doing more with their dog or to anyone who needs some extra assistance. The classes are fun, you gain knowledge and they are small so that everyone gets individual attention. If classes are not for you, she also offers private lessons where you can get the 1 on 1 attention that you need. I love my private lessons with Kelly as I can focus on the key things that we need to work on for service work. I look forward to my classes and trainings at Doggonit Training. I truly feel that Kelly cares about me, my dog, and my goals/progress. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trainer. 5 stars is just not enough. She is fantastic!

Meeting with Kelly for my 11 week old Mini Australian Shepherd Lila was one of the best decisions we made. I loved how she brought the Psychology and Science behind certain behaviors and how us humans can reinforce bad behavior without realizing it. She explains everything so clearly and made everything make sense. I felt comfortable asking anything and everything because she truly made you feel safe and heard with any concern. Even when things seem hard during training I trust in Kelly’s words and know it is worth it. She is such a positive, caring, and compassionate person who I would recommend to anyone. Even after just one session with her I felt confident in being a new pup parent. Grateful to have someone like her influencing tons of dogs, she is truly a delightful and incredible person and trainer.
