Doggieology 101

We are just so grateful for our calm(er) pup, Whiskey, these days, due to the guidance from Carla. One example I shared just today: I had gone out to water some flowers & plants last night and I was outside for about 15 / 20 min. I put some water in a small pool for Whiskey and went to let him outside. Well, I had left the slider door open to our deck & he knew I was out there. But when I went up the stairs, he was sitting RIGHT AT THE DOORFRAME waiting on me to give my OK. He could have easily walked right out to me, but he waited. I was so impressed. He knows that I usually make him wait before he gets to just walk outside and he did it on his own, without me even giving him a command this particular time.

5/22/26 I can’t say enough about how wonderful everyone is and how much Bella loves going to daycare at Doggieology101! They take such great care with her. 10 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 1/31/26 We are still using Doggieology101’s daycare and training. Suzanne has been amazing with Bella and my Mom. Bella has come such a long way even since the additional training started on 1/13/26. Suzanne provided us with videos of taking Bella into stores and shops today. It’s like a whole new dog! Suzanne brought Bella back home after daycare and training. She went over the training to help us do our best for Bella. She has a great understanding and wonderful patients with Bella and with us. Now it’s up to us to continue the training at home. Thank you so much Suzanne! 1/13/26 We have used the daycare multiple times since we first started training with Doggieology 101. We received videos of Bella playing with the other dogs and know without doubt she is well taken care of and having a blast. We are also taking additional training for Bella and everyone at Doggieology 101 exceeds our expectations. We received videos of the training to also help us at home learn how best to help Bella get were she needs to be and understand what we need to do at home. We couldn't ask for a better place or trainers. If you have a dog that needs any type of training or help with, I highly recommend contacting Doggieology 101. You will be amazed! 10/18/25 Had our first in-home dog training with Carla. Her understanding and philosophy of dogs is phenomenal. When she met Bella (my Mom’s dog), she zeroed in on Bella’s behavior and what her training needs would be. She worked with my Mom and Bella while I observed. Carla was very respectful and kind to both. She explained what and how to best train Bella and my Mom so they would both benefit, giving them both a better relationship and better manors. Bella is a rescue dog and needs some work, but with what Carla showed them and how she explained the how’s and why’s, it will definitely work. Carla really took the time with them both to ensure the outcome. Carla addressed all the concerns and answered many questions. Now it’s up to them to continue practicing to make this a way of life which will benefit them both. I am completely blown away with her training techniques. I have a trained dog, but I see that I still have more training to do. Carla is worth every penny! My Mom will continue training with her. Thank you so very much Carla!

We brought our Vizla puppy to Doggieology as soon as he was old enough for foundational training. He's now 1 year old and has the skills to calm himself down when he's put into more chaotic situations. A pure hunting breed that is able to calmly walk past a squirrel (most of the time) is quite impressive -- and it's due to the foundational skills Doggieology taught both him and us as owners. 100% recommend.

Carla is amazing!!! I did an in-home training session and then dropped my puppy off for boarding/training several weeks later due to some issues we were having with crating, potty training, etc. After just a few days with Carla, my dog came back SO much calmer and is able to go in the crate with no fussing and is having no potty training issues anymore. Highly recommend taking your dogs here for boarding/training!
