There were a whole lot of good reminders and clarifications as to my role in Blu's progress as well..overall a very pleasant and constructive session. I took my 6 month old king charles cavalier in for a week to be trained. I had told them no shock collar, instead they used a spike collar on a 12 lb. Dog. My dog now is no longer a happy dog that he was when i dropped him off. He goes right to his cage upon entering the house. On top of breaking my dogs spirit. I get charged $1300.00. No verbal commands, unable to walk on leash without spikes in his his neck. Useless training
