We are so lucky to have found Jenny! She has helped us since we picked up our sweet girl Lela at 8-weeks old - since then we've worked on everything from potty training, to basic commands, to more advanced off-leash training! She is super communicative and is incredibly patient with both puppy and humans, which we found to be extremely important! We were very overwhelmed with choosing a trainer in Brooklyn Heights and couldn't be happier with our experience with Jenny :)

I can't recommend Jenny Lee enough! She’s been working with my puppy and I since he was 14 weeks old and the transformation has been incredible. She’s helped us with everything from basic commands and training techniques to leash walking, social skills, resource guarding, and more. Our training sessions are always fun and productive and her follow up emails are packed with extra tips and resources to help keep us on track. She truly understands the nuances of raising a dog in NYC, and her guidance, enthusiasm, patience and deep knowledge of dog behavior have really supported me and my growing pup. We’re both way more confident and better prepared to navigate the city together thanks to working with Jenny! We can't recommend Robert enough as a dog trainer! Our dog Ozzie developed some challenging territorial behaviors near our apartment, and Robert stepped in with organization and a clear plan. What truly sets him apart is his realistic strategies and practical insight. He didn't just train Ozzie; he also helped us learn to understand and appreciate the wonderful dog we have, rather than try to force him into a mold that wasn't right.

Jenny has been absolutely amazing in helping me train my cavapoo puppy, Moo! She came the very next day after I brought him home and has been such a steady support as he’s grown, both of us love working with her!! I really appreciate her emphasis on safety and care, and she’s always super flexible when things come up for us to focus on! I’d recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful, reliable, and kind dog trainer!

Robert has been truly wonderful to work with! We previously had an experience working with a trainer who instilled a lot of guilt and doubt in us, but from the start Robert made us feel capable and encouraged. He was so patient with our dog, making adjustments as needed and going at a pace that feels safe for our pup and doable for us. Yes he’s a dog trainer, but Robert’s overall approach felt very humanizing—he understands the dynamics of having a dog in the city/working from home/having guests over in small spaces etc—all real life scenarios he takes into consideration with his suggestions rather than prescribing exercises or techniques that wouldn’t be realistic for us. The team is also very responsive and helpful, which made scheduling a breeze. Thank you all!
