Dogability Dog Training

We couldn't be happier with our doggy after enrolling him in the Dogability course. Our dog was recently adopted, with severe crate anxiety and leash pulling problems. The four weeks they spent with him, they worked on both of those issues, as well as teaching him several basic commands. But the truly transformative part of the whole experience was the hands-on training at the end of the course. You learn a new language for how to interact with your dog, and we can literally do all the things we've wanted to do with Rupee now. Highly recommended!

We were incredibly satisfied with the Dogability training program. Our dog didn't have a lot of behavioral problems, but he was a puppy and we were getting really frustrated with managing our household on a daily basis with two dogs. So we decided to reach out to a well-reviewed trainer, and we were very happy with the results. What Juan offers is several useful commands that your dog will do with very high reliability. He trains these behaviors because he knows they are useful to your everyday life with your pet. We also found that a whole range of other behaviors that we were struggling with like jumping on people and puppy nipping had been addressed. Juan also offers a really realistic view of dog behavior, builds realistic expectations for you and your pet, and gives you tools to manage your life together through better communication. I would recommend this training to anyone struggling with specific behaviors they need to address with their dog and to those who just want to learn to communicate better with their dog. I cannot find enough positive things to say about Juan and Dogability. We enrolled our 5 month old Goldendoodle in his Super Puppy program with awesome results. After two weeks she went from a jumping, counter surfing, nipping, crazy hyper puppy to a puppy who still has energy, but is now able to harness it into good behavior without losing any of the positive personality traits we loved about her. Our 6 year old commented that the dog hadn't tried to take food from him, jump on him, or nipped at his feet since coming back home. Not only does the program produce great results, Juan works with you to make sure you know how to work at home with the dog to keep everyone on track. We are now just saving up for the next level class!

If you are looking for someone who is passionate about dogs and training them and their humans in order that they may experience a fulling relationship you need not look anywhere else than Dogability Dog Training! Juan and his staff have succusfully trained our two dogs and have spent adequate time traininng us so that we can continue to work with our furry pals and what they learned while staying and training at his facility. I was so impressed by what our Morkie learned during his training experience that I adopted a Border Collie puppy and upon bringing him home Juan graciously can to our house to help us with some puppy basics. Maverick has since completed the resident Puppy Class at Dogability and we now have a trained puppy and are able to use the same commands with both dogs. People are not only taken back by Maverick's unique features but also by his ability to connect with us and carry out commands! Our adopted hound dog Bob entered DogAbility training camp with lots of energy, confidence, and a very strong will (that wasn't always in sync with ours!) After four weeks of working with Juan, Gene, and Co., Bob came home with his same wonderful personality, AND a whole new skill set that has made living with him such an enjoyable experience! Equally important, we received extensive training and acquired a new skill set so that we are all now functioning together as one cohesive family unit.
