Dog Tribe LA

I recently adopted a 5 month old Staffordshire Terrier, Frankie, in what could not have been a worse time. I was leaving town for a preplanned holiday and needed to find someone who I could trust to board my new puppy (who I simply could not leave in the shelter once I met her). I was SO happy to meet and find Peter at Dog Tribe. I ended up doing 5 days of Board and Train and rolled right into a two week puppy bootcamp day training. Coming from a background in Pit Bull Rescue I hadn't had a puppy in almost 15 years and forgot just how much work they are! The structure, fundamentals and patience Peter has is unmatched. In just two weeks we have structure when walking on the leash, tools to use "sit" "down" and "place". She has been socialized in a safe and supervised environment with other dogs and I just had a 45 minute dinner where my puppy stayed on her dog bed the entire time in her "place" and I couldn't be happier! I was loosing my mind hawk eyeing Frankie every minute while she would chew anything in sight and be destructive. Learning the tools from Peter has been instrumental in enjoying my time with my new puppy but also ensuring she has the proper fundamentals to carry into being an amazing addition to the family! <3 Thank you Dog Tribe LA!

Petey provided an effective training session for our Bichon Frise. Our dog, Archie, had been exhibiting disruptive behavior with late-night barking, and we were seeking a resolution. Petey proposed a straightforward solution: a safe and humane dog training collar. Following a few applications, we have observed a significant improvement in Archie's nighttime behavior, allowing for uninterrupted rest. Consequently, we intend to utilize Petey's services again in the future and have already extended recommendations to others.
