Dog Training With Eric

Eric has done wonders for our family. My husband and I are expecting our first child in late May and our two year old French bulldog, Blue, had been struggling with aggression issues. Eric guided us through teaching Blue that we were the pack leaders and didn't need him to protect us or "the den". The transformation that we have seen in Blue in just over 2 months is amazing. We are now confident and responsible dog owners and know that we have the know how and diligence to keep Blue on the right track. My husband and I both would, and plan to, recommend Eric to anybody with behavioral issues with their dog! We will continue working with him long term, he has truly helped our family.

Eric gives you the tools you need to teach your dog how to behave and tells you what to do and what not to do when training your dog. He sat down with me and my wife before the first session to understand our desired outcome and tailored his lessons to meet our needs. Using his training methods, our dog now stays at our side on walks, learned how to sit and stay on command, and is generally much better behaved. You can tell Eric has a lot of experience training dogs and he truly wants the best outcome for both the dog and its owner(s). We enjoyed working with Eric and would recommend him to anyone who needs help training their dog.

Eric managed to solve my dogs’ pulling problem in one lesson! The next three lessons built upon the skills he taught us in our first class, and I highly recommend completing all of the courses. Eric was especially helpful with my highly anxious dog, he gave us the skills to help her overcome some of her fears (buses and big trucks). He also taught us how to have people approach her so as not to startle her. Every time we were out with Eric people always commented on how they needed Eric to come and train their dogs! I highly recommend Eric to anyone who needs a dog trainer, and anyone who wants to build a stronger bond with their pups!

We rescued a pitbull puppy that was very fearful of people, he was starting to show signs of protective behavior of his new family. Eric's training has taught us how to give our dogs the best tools for a the best life. He truly cares about the animals and you can see that in his work. We called him (too many times) and he always made time to help us or answer our questions. We have two pitbulls and German shepherd mix who have such a calm and respectful demeanor now. I can't say enough good things for what he has done for our family.
