Dog Training Now

I recently had the opportunity to take my I recently had the opportunity to take my German Shepherd puppy, Goose, for training at Dog Training Now, and I wanted to share my experience. Overall, I was quite impressed with the level of service I received. From the moment I reached out, the staff was incredibly responsive and attentive. They took the time to understand my needs, provided helpful recommendations on which services to book, and were flexible with payment terms. We started with puppy day camp to expose him to other dogs and encourage basic socialization. Once Goose reached 16 weeks, he began a four-week day training program. The trainers were all friendly and professional. I appreciated being exposed to each trainer, as he had a different one each day during the first two weeks. They demonstrated a high level of expertise, answered all our questions, and offered guidance and suggestions, which made me feel confident in their abilities. In the last two weeks of the program, we were paired with JJ, who we absolutely adore. She has extensive knowledge about German Shepherds! Knowing that my dog will be a big and somewhat intimidating breed, it was critical to set him on the right path for proper training. The progress he made in just four weeks, including being able to work off-leash, is amazing. He is still young, and we plan to continue with refresher days to practice his training outside of our family. I appreciate having them as a resource for questions and advice, and Goose loves going there to see the trainers twice a week. Overall, I highly recommend Dog Training Now to anyone looking for dog training!

This was the best dog training experience I have ever had. The trainers are enthusiastic and kind but firm. Their balanced approach is exactly what I needed for my 4 month old German Shepherd Sasha. She is a super intelligent and confident girl, from a working line , so it was important to me to get her a good foundation of training and manners. I signed her up for the 20 day program and it was perfect! She soaked up the training like a sponge and loves to go back for daycare! All of the trainers are great (attentive and striving for the best for your dog) but we spent the most time with Abby during the off leash segment of training. I got emotional seeing her get the best out of my sweet Sasha. Abby’s empowering and positive approach also inspired me to be a more confident handler. I highly recommend this program. 10 out 10!
