Do the dogs have play time to learn to socialize with other dogs?
They sure do! That was a huge benefit and big draw for us. The dogs spend a ton of time together and learn in a great supervised environment
They don't offer any service dog training courses but their obedience training courses will help your dog on the way to becoming a service dog. Your dog will need a basic understanding of obedience skills before getting any service dog certifications.

We cannot thank DTN enough for what they have done for our Golden, Jovie! We did the 20 day training and it was the best choice we made for her (and our family). Dan was incredible at explaining the system and getting to know us and our dog and we had some incredible trainers who really made sure she was getting what she needed, but were also so patient with us when teaching us all how to be working with her. Special shout out to Bill who had our girl the whole second half of the training program. She was so happy to go with him every single day and we are thankful for all of his willingness to help us with our more specific needs with Jovie! We look forward to keeping this relationship with DTN.

Each day, Elisa, his trainer, sent me text updates on his progress, which I greatly appreciated. Toward the end of Rambo’s training, it was especially helpful to meet with Elisa in person to review all the skills and practice what he had learned. We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Dog Training Now in Hoffman Estates. Our boxer puppy, Mija, went through both the 10-Day Puppy Day Camp and the 20-Day Day Training program, and we’ve also used their boarding services several times. Every trainer and staff member, from Dan and Melissa (the amazing owners) to the entire team, has shown true professionalism and care.
What really stands out is how they treat every dog like their own. The trainers don’t just work with the dogs; they also equip us as owners with the skills and knowledge to reinforce training long-term. Mija started with them at just 3 months old, and now at 6 months, we’ve seen a huge transformation. Sure, she still has those classic “puppy energy” moments, but thanks to what we’ve all learned, we know how to help her reset and stay on track.
Dog Training Now has truly been a game changer for our family, and we’re incredibly grateful for the support and guidance from this passionate team. Highly recommend!

Amazing dog training facility. The staff are very caring and professional. Dan is extremely knowledgeable and recommended the perfect course of our Ruger. He completed the 4 wk daily drop in, on leash and off leash course and he is a well mannered 6 month puppy now. Highly recommend this program.
