We put a lot of effort into our training, much of which goes on behind the scenes. For example, we document in detail what we do in each session, maintain meticulous records of where each client is in their progress, as well as plan the appropriate next step. Not to mention switching gears on the fly when applicable. This all takes additional time that is not part of a training session. We need to charge for our services accordingly in order to be able to stay in business and provide the very services you are interested in. Our fee is a tuition similar to a college course fee. You don't pay each time you attend class, you pay for the course upfront. We are not a financial institution that has the resources to manage payment plans. That's what banks and credit card companies do. Perhaps you can finance training through one of them. We do take credit cards.

Due to the abundance of MIS-information people encounter when researching service dogs, we understand how difficult it can be for people to discern truth from fiction. We empathize, which is why when people contact us, we take time out of our busy schedule to help them understand the differences between the various types of assistance dogs, their functions, or lack thereof, and practical applications. Being practical with personal desires when considering a dog's aptitude and ability can be challenging, and laws pertaining to assistance dogs can be complicated, so it is understandable how some people can become so confused they can't remember what they heard where, and frustrated to the point of taking things out of context and losing perspective. Unfortunate as that may be, as industry professionals we believe it is our moral and ethical obligation to provide truthful, pertinent information regarding assistance dogs and their training, even if it doesn't happen to coincide with what someone initially presumes.
