FirstBarkI asked for an assessment and due to a misunderstanding they did not meet up with us and apparently they have a 1 strike rule. 1 miss and your out. They would not reschedule with us and refered us elsewhere. All due to a misunderstanding. I heard they were great to work with, but not for us. They blacked us out without letting us clear up the communication error.

She was so throughout in explaining everything she taught her each day and made sure every day at pick she answered all our questions (which was a lot). She is very knowledgeable with dog training. ASK FOR CHARLIE! You will be so happy! Our only complaint is from our puppy because she looked forward to going to camp everyday and misses seeing Charlie.
Jeff understands dog's behavior and is very patient with the dog. Zeus likes Jeff and he listens to his instruction
