We are a professional, family-owned dog training company with over 40 years of experience that specializes in strengthening the bond between your dog and your family, with a strong emphasis on teaching your dog the highest level of obedience, despite even the toughest level of distractions. Our unique in-home dog training model is designed to teach owners how to train their dog alongside a professional dog trainer in their home environment as well as in small group settings. We strongly believe that the key to sustained obedience is to empower owners to be an integral part of the training experience. At what age should we start puppy training?
We recommend starting at 8 weeks, up to 24 weeks. Give us a call to enroll now so you’ll be ready if your pup isn’t yet 8 weeks. Our Puppy Plus program will start your puppy on the right path to advanced obedience, a lifetime of good behavior and specialty task execution.

At Dog Training Elite, we offer free consultations to evaluate your dog’s temperament and potential for our customized service dog training programs, or we can assist with puppy selection through a litter visit. What really sets them apart is their passion for what they do. They genuinely care about the long-term success of both you and your dog. They are always available to answer questions, provide guidance, and offer encouragement whenever you need it. I also love that their program includes ongoing group classes as part of the package. It shows they are invested in supporting you well beyond the initial training. Josh came to our home to meet our Ozzy, and he was wonderful ! Answered all our questions and had some good ideas for things we could do at home now !!
Elijah was so easy to work with and my dog immediately responded to the techniques and cues we worked on. I'm already seeing immediate improvements to his quirks that we're working to change, like jumping on guests. Highly recommend!
