I would recommend Kristi and her entire crew for dog training. After spending $$ on two different trainers that only caused my puppy( the cavapoo ) to be more aggressive and guarding we reached out to our vet who recommended Kristi , We are forever grateful for the training and support we have received from Kristi , Nanci and all of the trainers involved with our two puppies . This training lasts the life time of the dog . Each and every trainer that we have met treats our puppies as if they were their own , they have come to the house after a 5 week boot camp to help with some behavior problems that occurred with guarding and on morning walks . Willow our golden doodle and Abby the cavapoo have continued to progress with good behavior and from what we learned with this program . We have the privilege to participate in group classes around the valley , again the lifetime of the dog . So thank you for all you do Dog Trainers USA . Our puppies love you and we love you .❤️

I had a healthy 2 month old puppy when she went to be trained as an Emotional Support dog at Dog Trainer US. My puppy was returned to me 31/2 months later with the worst case of Giardia, an intestinal parasite, my veterinarian had ever seen. A few minutes after her arrival to me, and her forever home, she had explosive, bloody diarrhea. The delivery trainer mentioned, after her explosion that, “They noticed she’d had a couple of loose stools earlier that day.” However, almost every time I visited my puppy at the trainers she had diarrhea. I was told it was just her developing digestive system. I am so deeply mad at myself for blindly trusting that answer. 2 months and thousands of dollars later, she tested negative for Giardia, but too much damage had been done by the parasites when she was so young. I kept our yard and house bleach clean, our other dog did not get infected. Giardia is highly contagious. However, my puppy died at 10 months old because she had 3 loops in her intestines, a condition caused by parasites, which blocked her food, among other things. The emergency veterinarians did everything they could including major surgery to repair her intestines. She barely survived this surgery. She needed another aggressive surgery that had a 50/50 chance of survival. If she did survive, her quality of life would not have been a quality life. I’ve reached out to Dog Trainer US to discuss this directly, one phone call and text were returned, my last messages were not. I sincerely do not want another person to lose their puppy this way. Be careful when choosing a trainer.

After a lot of research and talking with Kristi, I decided to try their service and paid the $4,000 fee. She picked up Daisy on a Friday afternoon. On Monday I decided to visit. Daisy is usually very happy to see me and my granddaughter; however, when she came into the visiting area she walked right past us. No excitement. We tried to play with her but she was very distant. I left that day feeling very uneasy about how abrupt the change was and felt scared for my puppy. The next day I asked if I could visit again and Kristi said no. I decided to go and pick Daisy up and cancel their service. I asked for a partial refund and after not returning my phone calls I threatened to take them to court. She returned my text and said she would check with her corporate office. I didn't hear from her again for two months. I decided to text her again and again no replies. I then threatened court again and she finally replied but said no refund. Please heed this warning. They have no customer service and I feel this is almost predatory behavior.
