Dog Squad - Salt Lake City / Sugar House

After scheduling two different appointments with dog squad- both times being inconvenienced while having to reach out and further accommodate scheduling errors on Dog Squads end, I still wanted to move forward with their service. Both appointments at scheduled time I did not hear from them. One occasion waiting with my newly adopted dog in the cold outside their locked office- they apologized- but otherwise in no way made this right. It gets worse. When I questioned paying the full amount for the 4 week boarding option upfront (after 2 less than positive experiences impacting overall comfort level paying such a large amount without a little more going right!) Emily stopped communications and I feel I became collateral to their mistakes. I suppose I should have followed the initial red flags but it felt horrible she took me wanting a little more trust built by asking for an invoice that specified what the full amount ($2300 or so) provided. She just went dark. No response but she kept my $100 that I wouldn’t have spent if I knew asking questions about payment would make her cut me off. I would highly recommend going elsewhere before spending a dime.

Hands down the best dog training in the valley. absolutely worth the investment! We have struggled for 5 years to find the right type of training for my family and Cane Corso mix to help us become a rounded unit. After meeting this team and learning some things. I feel like my family and dog can finally live a happy fulfilling life TOGETHER! I no longer have to miss family vacation or be afraid to go on walks with my dog. This team is full of great calm energy and information that will absolutely help you and your pup. Thank you! We are so happy the dog squad has arrived in Utah!!
