Dog's Downtown

I have an overly energetic & hyperactive (almost) 2yr old Doberman. She's playful & sweet but can be overbearing & mischievous. This Daycare has staff that genuinely like to be around dogs and have the patience she needs. They match her with similar sized and similar energetic dogs so she can make her play day really count. My favorite part is the detailed report cards they send you with pictures/videos and comments about her behavior through out the day. Making reservations & paying online through their portal makes it so easy & smoother instead of having to call in everytime to make a reservation, or wait to pay at the counter when I pick her up. & Love how its only 5min away from my job! Great staff, roomy place for dogs to play instead of just being in a kennel. My dog literally cannot wait for me to open the door for her to run inside the Daycare.. Great place, I definitely recommend it! Especially if you have big dogs who need to let their energy out..

We found DogsDowntown (DDT) when we were looking for a service dog. I had called places all over the United States, DDT was the only place that understood our urgent need and offered to help us. When I say Sophia and her team were a life saver, I am not exaggerating! Their professionalism, knowledge, flexibility, patience, and kindness to us during a very stressful time was priceless. We have a fabulous Chocolate Labrador Retriever who literally saved my husband’s life!! DDT is a place that not only offers exemplary services, but cares about the needs of its customers! We boarded our pup here twice now. Overall an okay experience. First time was fine, other than they left her harness on and hadn't been watching her, she ate through her harness and destroyed it. This second time the front staff weren't as friendly or warm when we dropped off or picked up. Our pup also seemed to be anxious to leave when she was picked up and obviously hadn't been given a good morning walk yet.
