We've been clients for 4 years now; basic puppy and obedience classes, and agility work. 2 dogs at first, now added a 3rd in agility. Excellent philosophy of positive reinforcement from the teachers, and all we've encountered have a calm, positive manner with time and wisdom to work with anyone from Divas to Down-Home-Farmer types. Classes fill quickly, but there are many different classes to choose from. A definite winner.
Great advice and friendly staff. They helped a lot with my dog's barking and learning to calm down. Totally worth it!

I have confidence in the trainer’s knowledge, experience and concern for myself and my dog’s reactivity to other dogs. Delayed billing confused me. I met with Chelse and my credit card was charged the next day. She emailed a training plan a couple weeks later and my credit card was charged the next day. A text to the phone number associated with the billing to affirm what the charges were for was not answered, but, finding receipts, realized billing was a couple weeks after the appointments.
The time spent with the trainer was well worth it. Bridget not only gave me the tools to help with polite greetings, but also for going out the door - no more dangerous bolting! She taught me some fun games to play with my dogs, too. I love the positive training techniques at Dog's Best Friend.
