I designed this course for children 5 years of age and up. The course covers what to do when approached by a strange dog. How to meet an unfamiliar dog or new dog in household. How to recognize dog behavior. Caring for a new dog or puppy, (grooming, feeding, walking, etc.) Introduction to dog obedience and much more. Rosemarie has a unique way of understanding dogs and has a talent at teaching dog owners how to best love their pets. We’ve had dogs before and even had an obedience trainer once, but this has been a much different experience. Rosemarie comes to your home to observe behaviors and surroundings. We saw results after the first session! We’re learning confidence in handling our pooch. We highly recommend her services and found her fee a great value.

We have had dogs in the past but never a hunting dog. Rosemarie has taught us how to train and handle this very energetic, female teenager. As a result of her knowledge and patience we have a much more obedient dog. We would highly recommend her to assist you with dog training (which is actually people training)!

I am giving Rosemarie 10 plus stars and a big THANK YOU. I was looking for a dog to go hiking with and found a pit bull @ 2 yrs old at the local animal shelter. He was picked up around 6 mos of age and had been adopted out and returned. I went to meet him, he was friendly and loving, full of energy and ready for a new home--I claimed him. I called Rosemarie we had our 1st meeting and she said are you sure, my answer was YES. She helped me get control of him and put him on the part to be a good citizen and K9 partner. She pointed out my weak areas and when I was not the leader. He comes when called and we are taking walks in local parks meeting people and new things , we will be hiking and camping this fall. I highly recommend Rosemarie--do not give up on your dog --- call for help. Ricky says thank you, Rosemarie!
