Our family absolutely loved working with Mrs. Nell. We have a high anxiety dog and I was worried we waited too long for training to work for us. I was completely wrong. It was amazing how fast we saw positive changes in our dog, Phen. Mrs. Nell truly cares and puts a lot of work in both the time spent with her and outside our home planning what was next in our training plan. It used to be a high anxiety situation having anyone over to our house. She’s truly opened up the world for both Phen and our family. I would recommend using Dog Max Inc., 100%. It’s constant work to make sure we keep the progress moving forward but knowing I’m using the right tools gives me confidence we’ve made the right decision for Phen. We really enjoyed obedience training classes and I'm looking forward to when our puppy is old enough to participate in her agility classes. Nell does a fantastic job of not only teaching you the tools that she has for training your dog, but takes time to speak to different dog types and personalities. She also spent time asking us where we were having trouble spots and giving us insight into why along with ideas to help teach our puppies the proper behavior. For us, Nell went above and beyond what we expected. When we were quarantined from a Covid exposure the first week of class, she did a private Zoom call with us so that we wouldn't feel behind. Weeks after the class was over, she contacted me personally to check on our puppy and give us another suggestion that had come to mind. She is fantastic about sharing her experiences and ideas, but then making sure to remind everyone that these dogs don't belong to her, the vet, or anyone else. They're our family members and it's up to us to make the best choice for our dog and our family. I really appreciated her candor and respect for the owners as well as the dogs.

After getting my new papillon puppy, I knew I'd definitely need some help in the training department and my vet highly recommended Nell. She does a great job teaching you how to train your dog and even adjusts it for each dog's individual personality and how they learn. She would even ask what each person was having issues with for their puppy and help address them at the beginning of each class. I loved her puppy class and it was a great foundation. I'll definitely be going back for the next step in my puppy's obedience training!

Nell, explained things so clearly and you can tell she has a real love for dogs and really understands how they see the world! After just the first week of puppy school, I felt more confident that my australian shepherd puppy actually understood me and wasn't just following my hands! Every technique she has taught has been used daily and they work!!! I personally just love that fact that she is passionate about her dogs and really wants the best for each dog and their owner!! I miss puppy school and can't wait for the next round of lessons!! I highly highly recommend DogMax!
