Visited site to set up appointment. Met by woman who was incredibly rude. Will not return
Business response
Thank you for your review, we do appreciate feedback. You came to our facility during a time frame where we are closed to the general public. The door is typically locked and I did have a private lesson client on site but was happy to momentarily step away from my client to assist you. I asked if you were here for a lesson (to meet with our other trainer) and you told me you were looking for general information. I did say that I could certainly help you, but unfortunately we are closed until 2pm but could happily take your contact information. You informed me that our website states that we reopen at 1:30pm. I apologized for that since it was incorrect, and mentioned that it might be stated on our sign out front that we open at 2. At that point I discussed with you again, that I was more than happy to take your name, phone number and email address to have another coworker reach out to you when they returned. I was trying to be respectful to both you and my client. You did tell me that you had called, and someone returned your message but were playing phone tag. I stated that tends to happen since we don't typically answer phones if we are with another customer and/or the daycare dogs (safety reasons), and that emailing might be easier. At that point, you continued to ask about pricing and I gave you a quick overview but stated that I needed to get back to my client and again would be more than happy to have someone reach out to you with more details. You proceeded to ask about how long training classes/private lessons were and I said it really depended on the dog and the situation. At this point I could see that my clients dog was jumping on him as it was his first lesson, and I did need to get back to assisting him. In no way was I trying to be rude. I take my job very seriously, and wanted to assist you, but could not leave my client waiting any longer for safety purposes set by the owner. When we opened back up at 2pm, I did tell another coworker and the owner to keep an eye out for an email so they could give you more details on the information you were looking for. Your negative review is very disheartening and although you have the right to your opinion, I must respond to this and say I respectfully disagree based on above stated conversation that happened. This review does not represent the heart, client history and integrity of this business and myself as a trainer and General Manager.

Best,
Elizabeth Lajeunesse, Owner
Lauren Corliss, General Manager
