This company took a week to respond to me. Once they finally reached out it was through a text message. I never spoke to them on the phone. I began by telling them my biggest concern, which is at meal time with two of my three dogs. I never got to my second concern, the jumping when excited. I was told within minutes that my dog is aggressive and they don't deal with that. First of all, I explained that she is very well trained, loving, and super smart. Never at all has she been aggressive. However, they insisted this without meeting her or my family. We were simply looking for someone to help us (my kids as well) teach them better manners during dinner/meal time or when company arrives. Our middle dog likes to guard the dog food of our Great Dane but not our Jack Russell. We think she is intimidated by the size of the Great Dane. We were simply reaching out for guidance, not to be shut down and pushed away.

Shawn is incredible! His work with both Piper and her mom (Me!!) has been a life saver. He really understands how to train her and possibly more importantly… How to train me.! He truly loves what he does and has an abundance of knowledge for different types of dogs and their personalities. And he never gives up on them! I wish I could give higher than five stars because he’s definitely worth it! I can’t thank him enough for all he’s done for Piper and continues to do...

Shawn is AMAZING. He helped our Boxer/Pit Lexi become a wonderful member of our family. She wouldn't listen to me or my daughter (6) and would run around crazy. Shawn worked with all of us to learn how to work together. My daughter loves the sessions because Shawn teaches her how to give commands and to help train Lexi during the week. Lexi's transformation has been unbelievable. I can't recommend him enough!
