Michael helped us out during the pandemic when our dog became reactive to vets, and gave us the techniques we needed to get our dog medical care. We recently contacted him again as we sought advice about end-of-life decisions for our aging pup, and he was incredibly thoughtful, generous, and helpful. Would recommend to anyone.
