Dog Guard of the Valley

My neighbor hired Mike to place an invisible fence for his dog. In the process, my invisible fence line was accidentally cut. Mike was SO responsive and arranged to come out the next day to repair my fence. He worked diligently until it started to rain pretty hard and he couldn’t continue. Mike graciously came back a second day to continue to locate the break and repair my fence. He was so kind, easy to approach, and was genuine in his desire to fix the mistake. I greatly appreciate his work and would definitely hire Mike if my fence goes kaput! Thanks for all of your hard work Mike 😁

We have been a customer of yours for almost a year now. We are beyond grateful for the safety you provide for our pups! First and foremost, SUPER friendly and they explain everything, they are very thorough and they take their time getting us and the pups acclimated with the system. There has been no glitch in the system, when one of the receiver's was used incorrectly (user error) with a different charger (not recommended, voids the warranty), there was a quick turn around getting the new one checked out and ordering a new one!
