About Dog Gone Good Dog Training
Would you like a well-mannered dog, but just need some guidance? Let me help you learn how to build a relationship with your dog through positive based obedience training, leadership, and verbal and non-verbal communication. I cover all basic commands and everyday life situations, such as greeting people, going for a walk, and coming in from the yard. My services are very personalized, whether you are in a class situation, if I visit you at home, or we train long distance through video conferencing. Sometimes a combination of both is helpful. Dog training is not "one size fits all." Each dog/human relationship is unique and requires an individualized approach.

Leah is an excellent trainer! I’ve taken Iggy there for Puppy Head Start, Leash and Greet, Manners and More 1 and now Manners and More 2. The methodology used is great; the dog stays engaged and is happy to participate and learn. Training is never smooth, and it requires work. But the results are worth it. I recommend Dog Gone Good Dog Training - especially for the pet parents.

Dog Gone Good training has been a great experience for us and our dog. We started with an unruly 7 month old puppy in Puppy class. Leah always provides detailed written (and sometimes video) educational supports. She has given us tremendous support in practicing the skills we learned both at home and around town. Now, 7 months later our pup understands some 40+ words and hand commands. Our pup doesn’t always listen, but she is well on her way! We have enrolled in 5 classes. Leah, Shaun and Gloria feel like family now. We feel we have real partners in raising our pup. You can’t find a better team to train your dog in our area!
