Dog Gone Fun Agility LLC

I think if the trainers like you and your dog it is probably a really great place. The place is nice. Classes are not in big groups, the trainer works with each dog/person within the group individually. Unfortunately, I felt like the trainers did not like me or my dogs. I drove 2.5 hours once a week for over 2 months because I was SO excited to find Triebball classes. By the time we would arrive, my dog was going stir crazy from the 2.5hr ride and he wanted to run and play. I feel if the trainer had allowed my dog to do some of the more advanced things that he was capable of doing in order to get some of that energy out he would have made her happier with the boring stuff. However every session was exactly the same. I KNOW the boring stuff is important, but I also know the way my dog learns. Every trainer, like every dog is different. I really did like the trainer and in class I thought she liked us...but then she never responded to ANY of my e-mails which were about signing up for 2 of her other classes. I think if she actually liked us, she would have responded and encouraged us to pay her for more classes. Kinda the same with the trainer for our other class. She told me twice that equipment was in the other building we could use for the trick evaluations...but she never took me over there. I had to bring a board and planters to set it on for my dog to do the balance beam. I had issues several times and driving far in an area that I was unfamiliar with and I was relying on google maps which kept either getting me lost or losing connection. I was also doing the drive after having surgery and couldn't take pain pills before going off on a long drive so I was in terrible pain and tears...but neither of my instructors cared about that or even offered the tiniest bit of sympathy for my Frankenstein looking neck. I did not get to have any make up classes, not their fault I got lost so I didn't complain much about only getting about half my classes. HOWEVER because there were problems and because she said I could have 2 make-up classes if her class made, when the class did not make, I have asked her and the head of the school if she would just complete my dogs evaluation via video which is totally allowed by AKC. I KNOW because I can evaluate via video...but not on my own dog. I have asked BOTH of them at least 3 times each if we could just do that. She could do 6 or 7 evaluations via video in less time than a single make-up class...and I was only asking for 2 or 3 video evaluations. They didn't say no, they just completely 100% ignore my requests. I had planned to sign up for Agility classes with this trainer and TOLD her, so again I feel like she did not like me or my dog or she would be encouraging me to keep paying her for classes. They ignore my requests BUT they have no problem repeatedly insisting I need to pay an invoice that I have the e-mail I was told had been removed. I was invoiced for the continuation of my Treibball class, but I switched that class to a different day and I DID pay that invoice. I took 2 sessions of Treibball classes and paid for 2 sessions but she did not remove the invoice and when I copied and pasted her e-mail to me back in an e-mail to her showing that she said she had removed it when she hadn't she, as seems to be the norm here, has chosen not to respond AT ALL. This place was a big let-down for me. I have been training in basic obedience and behavior solving for multiple decades but I have never been involved in dog sports. Because my dog LOVES the balls (he is 11.75" and his favorite ball is 40") I was super excited to try and learn this with him...and to continue learning all sorts of sports. They did not make me feel like a valued client at all. Trainers are nice to your face but if they don't like you they will just ignore you once you aren't physically there in front of them in class. 3months and a dozen emails later, listing every class I took and paid for they STILL won't remove the invoice for the class I didn't attend because I switched days and paid for those classes
