I paid thousands of dollars and saw no improvement with my dog. I took her for board and train with Nicole and explained that the issues my dog has with aggression towards people only happens when myself and fiancé are around. They ensured that she needed the board and train and that they could help to correct the behavior so I trusted them. The day we went to pick her up she almost immediately became aggressive with a person who was coming to pick up their dog they were confused and said they hadn’t seen the behavior while she had been their which I told them would happen since we weren’t around. I just wish they would’ve listened when I expressed my concern several times before and through out the process because she still has the behavior a year later and we can’t have friends or family over without her nipping and barking. I think we could’ve benefited more from a in home or training that we could be involved in.

Diversity K9 has the most professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff FL has to offer for boarding and training. My Bull Terrier went there for 2 weeks in April, 2022 and came out with great obedience and manners. Reinforcing his training over the last 5 months has proved they set him up for success! In July, 2022 I brought my Bull Terrier back for boarding. He came home happy and it was obvious he had a lot of fun while he was there. I plan to board him there again next month for 7 days.
