We have a rescue miniature schnauzer puppy who came from a serious hoarding situation, and had a lot of his own ideas of how he should act. Tracy really put a lot of effort into working with us and working with Gustav (the aforementioned crazy puppy). In just a few short weekends of training we now have a pup who can walk on a leash without pulling and doesn’t bark at every dog he passes. What I like about Diversity K9 is they focus on the behavior and how to correct it - they’re not just teaching your dog tricks. They really know what they’re doing. Gustav is starting their AKC Canine Good Citizen class in a few weeks and he’s excited to build on the skills he’s learned! UPDATE: Gustav passed his Canine Good Citizen class today! 🎉 This CGC class was fantastic. The pacing was perfect and built on skills we had learned in our private training sessions. Nicole really does an amazing job balancing the group training dynamic and providing one on one help and feedback. I also appreciate that we worked on skills that aren’t on the test. It’s really helped Gus to be a much more confident dog! Thank you!!

Oh boy where do I even start! I found Diversity K9 about a month ago and it was basically my last hope for my crazy pup Tucker We felt so overwhelmed and exhausted and honestly had no idea what to do. After paying for a board and train else where, that completely failed- we genuinely seconded guessed our decision on rescuing a puppy. I called 10 mins before they were closing one night and spoke to the amazing Kate and life changed for us! Tucker had been enrolled in day care and train on Sundays, and even with just once a day it was a complete 180. Kate knew exactly what we needed to do and what we needed to work on. We get report cards each time he’s there with what he working on and tips on achieving the same results at home. The entire staff truly cares about your pet like it’s their own. We truly feel like part of a community here. Obviously nothing changes over night, but now we couldn’t imagine life without Tucker AND diversity K9!

This place is amazing and i was referred by a co-worker who brought her lab puppy. I am so happy that I decided to bring my girl here. My Dobie Kona has been participating in the daycare with Training, every Friday and Sunday since September 2025. Her trainer Kate is AMAZING with her and I see such a difference with Kona. Of course consistency is Key, but without out this place, I'd be in trouble. Kate shares 5min videos of the training and things that should be done at home. She also checks in to make sure i am working I'm consistent with Kona at home. Her care and toughness (not in a bad or abusive way) keeps Kona reaching her full potential. Not only does Kate makes sure that Kona is learning, she also isn't trying to turn Kona into a Robot. She wants her to be her goofy self but with boundaries. I LOVE this!!! Honestly, the staff as a whole is AMAZING! They're friendly, knowledgeable, and really care for the dogs. I 💯 trust them with my baby Kona. Kona will be a permanent fixture at Diversity K9! I couldn't see her going anywhere else. I recommend this place to anyone that wants caring staff, great training, and peace of mind that your fur baby is treated as their own!

If you have a dog with behavior issues or one that just requires some direction to make them easier to live with, Diversity K9 should be the first place you go! Within the first few minutes of our evaluation, Tracy picked up on exactly what my boy needed and put together a plan of action for us. Her experience and expertise sets her apart from most trainers. I highly recommend bringing any breed of dog to this great facility for training, and they also offer other services such as day care, which is great for socializing your dog and giving them the exercise they need.
