Diverse Dog Training

We are beyond grateful we found Cody! He has a wealth of knowledge in training dogs (and owners) that has done wonders for our puppy. He helps us understand why our puppy is acting the way she does and provides effective strategies of modifying behavior. He has been instrumental in helping our puppy learn how to coexist with our cat. We cannot say enough good things about Cody and would recommend him to everyone!

Cody is the best. He came highly recommended and I now highly recommend him. He worked with my 9 month old Bouvier he pulled horrible wouldn't listen or come off leash. Every walk was a nightmare. After first lesson my dog was listening to me. I love that Cody works with you outside taking you and dog to different situations. Now all our walks are enjoyable and I feel safe letting my dog off leash to run and play. I was able to show my dog and win blue ribbons all with the help of Cody.

I cannot begin to say enough good things about Kody and Diverse Dog Training; he was a great help in training our dog, Rudy. Rudy is a good dog, but needed some direction/discipline and Kody made that happen. Rudy used to try and bolt out of the house if we left the front door open too long, and we had trouble getting him back in. There was no way I’d ever let him off the leash on walks. It took a bit of time for me to put together all the aspects of Kody’s teachings, but now everything “gelled” and Rudy comes when called, and when we walk along the river, he’s off leash and romping through the fields, just being a dog and loving it. If he gets too far ahead of me on walks, he’ll actually stop and wait for me to catch up. He loves meeting other dogs and romping with them as well. We even started taking Rudy to a “doggy day care” and he loves it. I’m grateful to Kody and Diverse Dog training for helping me with Rudy.

Cody is an amazing dog trainer! I highly recommend him! If you need help with aggressiveness in your dog or any sort of training I would highly recommend him, he works with you really well and makes sure you understand what he's explaining and talking about. He also gives you good places to go and practice what you are currently learning to keep progressing yourself. I've been struggling with my dog Clover for over a year or so now and Cody said Clover was in the 10% of more aggressive dogs to break. But with the training and knowledge he gave Clover and I, we went out and practiced a ton on our own and showed him that his training was really helping Clover and we impressed him every time. I'm so thankful to Cody, I have always wanted to get help for Clover and had been looking for awhile and Cody seemed like the perfect fit. He really pushed Clover and I to do our best and keep pushing until we are better. We are both extremely thankful.
