Dip’n Dogs is located in Central Florida and was founded by Rachel Velarde. She is fully certified in Canine Hydrotherapy and completed her schooling through the Canine Fitness Institute. Dip’n Dogs provides physical water therapy to dogs with disabilities, injuries, obesity, arthritis, degenerative diseases and dogs who need pre&post surgery/rehabilitation. We also provide fitness swimming for canine athletes as well as swimming lessons for all dogs!
Low impact exercise, like water therapy, is significantly proven to help your pup. From building muscle tone, loosening joints, relaxing muscles, increasing flexibility, & reducing stress, pain, & anxiety, swimming is the most recommended & valued exercise to extend the life of your dog.

I don’t think 5 stars are enough for the amazing job Rachel does. She is absolutely wonderful; so patient, kind, and funny. This therapy has been life changing for my dog. I have a pitbull mix named Bonnie, and she absolutely loves it.
We first started going because Bonnie had an ACL tear, and the surgery was quoted at $6,000. I wanted to find other ways to help her heal and lose some weight, and that’s when I came across Rachel’s page. It has done wonders for Bonnie.
I would recommend Rachel to anyone. She truly cares, and the results speak .

My pup Brie loves to swim with Rachel! The atmosphere is very relaxed and enjoyable. Rachel supplies lots of toy options and a crisp clean pool. Can’t wait to schedule our next swim.

Honestly I wish I brought my pups to dip’n dogs earlier. Rachel is absolutely amazing; she is knowledgeable, so kind and truly cares about the work she is does. She provided me with great insight and a plan for both of my dog’s hydrotherapy appointments. Improvement was seen for both my 11 year old Siberian Husky with arthritis and my 7 year old German Shepherd with degenerative myopathy. If you are considering any of the services offered by dip’n dogs make an appointment you won’t regret it.

We took our 12 year old German Shepherd who has arthritis to a hydrotherapy session with Rachel. His quality of life improved after just one session! We are now rebooking to have him swim again! Rachel is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. You can tell she loves what she does and helped our dog to feel safe in the water. The smile on his face is a testament to her wonderful services!

My little lady Charlotte was struggling with the swimming thing and she’s a lab, go figure! That ended today with Rachel who is a pro! Charlotte figured things out with Dip ‘n Dogs in 5 minutes! This young lady is amazing and clearly has a gift of calmness and patience! We now can’t keep her out of the pool!
