Dig It Dogs did a fantastic job with our dog Luca. And about six months old, Luca was attacked while we were out and about. At the time he was in his training vest, training to become a service dog. We had to go back to basics with him and redo all of his training from the ground up, and Dig It Dogs helped us immensely! Thank you so much to Michele and everyone for all their help, support, and hard work with us along this journey. I am proud to say our boy Luca is indeed a service dog today!

We recently picked up our dog, Baxter, from Dig It Dogs, and we are extremely disappointed with the care he received. Upon arrival, we were informed that Baxter had an accident in his cage, and when we asked for details, we were told he had urinated and defecated. While we were assured that he had been cleaned up and bathed, Baxter still smelled so badly that we had to drive home with the windows down. There is no way that the odor was from a one time accident. After getting home, it took multiple rounds of shampoo to even begin addressing the horrific odor, which leads us to believe that where he was housed was filthy. Baxter has never had accidents like this before, and he’s been kenneled several times at another facility with NO issues. We initially chose Dig It Dogs because we thought their flexible hours and reputation would be a good fit for us, but unfortunately, this experience was far from what we expected. To make matters worse, when we got home, Baxter was shaking and continues to have diarrhea. This level of neglect is completely unacceptable and has caused us significant distress. We also found the lack of communication troubling. It would have been helpful to receive daily updates on Baxter’s well-being, instead of having to reach out ourselves with emails and voicemails without response. I had to call again to finally get someone to answer who informed me he was doing well and they would send pictures, which they emailed with a positive update and pictures later that night, but there were no further communications. Given our experience, we will not be using this facility again. Paying $150 for 3 nights to return home with a sick dog is simply unacceptable. When you trust a boarding facility with your pet, you expect them to return home happy, healthy, and well cared for. This was not only a one and done, but a HUGE MISTAKE. I write this sitting here worried about our sick fur baby. DO NOT PATRON and USE their boarding services!!!!

I can not say enough positive things about Michelle and her team at Dig it Dogs. We have 2 dogs that have both taken training classes at the facility as well as going for daycare and boarding when we are out of town. Our dogs can't contain their excitement when we arrive and they come home tired and happy, the perfect combination! We recently completed a board and stay training with our puppy Apollo, who has been a bit stubborn and wasn't a fan of the crate-- we would be kept awake all night due to his barking. After 3 weeks, he has made huge improvements and we could not be happier with the level of care and work that went into training him. Additionally, our puppy also has a very sensitive stomach and is on a limited diet. They were very attentive to all his needs and kept us in the loop constantly. We love Michelle and everyone at Dig it Dogs who take such great care of our pups because they treat them like family!

I’m in town for a travel contract at a local hospital and wanted a safe place for my puppy to socialize while I’m at work. I found dig it dogs and I’m so happy I did. My puppy had a negative experience at a doggy daycare down home in South Carolina so I was nervous to try daycare again. I’m so happy I did. My little Pupup gets SO excited when I say the work daycare now. As soon as we get to Dig it Dogs he cries in excitement to get inside. When I pick him up he is pooped so I know he is getting plenty of playtime throughout the day. The staff have all been so friendly and they give me updates and a report card at the end of every day. Highly recommend!!
