Diane is smart and knowledgeable - and if you have a tough case, or need help with a difficult situation, I think she would help you get your dog on track. However, if you have a puppy and are in a normal training situation - run, do not walk, in the opposite direction. She is negative and highly critical - not just about how you are interacting with the dog, but also personally in an unprofessional manner. After several weeks, she was so rude - that I couldn't take it anymore and stopped the training. She said that was "my decision" - and I lost several hundred dollars paid in advance. My puppy and I are so much happier now - losing that money has been worth every penny. Just trying to save others the pain and trouble. I wish I could have the early puppy days back from the stress and unpleasantness of this experience. Also, be aware that if you are on or near her property - you are on video and audio recording, and she retains those materials and may review them with other people without your consent.
