Diana's Doghouse

I can't say enough positive things about Diana and her dog training. We have a new chocolate lab puppy and I was in desperate need of help with training and controlling her biting. I reached out to Diana and she came to meet with us the same day. She validated my feelings and concerns and we started training that week. Within just one training session I could already see a huge improvement in our dog's behavior. She taught us how to correct negative behaviors in an effective way. She is knowledgeable and a dog lover and it shows in the way she treats her clients. From the in-home lessons to the 2 week away training our pup has become the most well behaved, gentle, smart and loving puppy. I don't know what I would have done without Diana's help!

We first saw Diana while she was training puppies at the Hudson Farmers Market and we were extremely impressed with how she handled them and how they responded to her. The next time we saw her was at a park where she had 5 dogs and everyone of them did exactly what she asked of them! I turned to my husband and said when we get another dog she is going to train her!! A few months later we had our new puppy and found Diana on Facebook. Before we even brought our puppy home we had her lined up and she readily gave us advice on how to welcome and deal with a new puppy. When our pup was 6 months old we sent her to Diana for 21/2 weeks! She gave us daily progress reports and pictures during that time and also started training us!! We now have the most wonderful, fun, happy and well behaved dog we have ever owned!! We can’t sing Diana’s praises enough!! And to top it all off our pup absolutely loves Diana and is beyond excited when we pull up to her place for play dates. We have recommended her to everyone we know who has a new pup and they are all thrilled as well!! Best money we ever spent!!

Diana is amazing - compassionate, energetic, has a joyful heart and trains using those qualities. We took our 6 month old bullmastiff to her 3-week training camp and he came back an obedient & happy puppy! When she dropped him off, she spent a lot of time showing my husband & me how to continue the training. There were two more follow-up sessions just to see how we were doing and address any issues and questions. Whole he was at camp, Diana sent us a video every day of what Cash was learning & how he was progressing. Later in the training she was even taking him out to stores & parks (videos sent back to us) to work on his skills with distractions. He also got plenty of dog socialization while he was there as she chose dogs from her boarding business to play with him that she thought would do well with him. She will also address any behaviors that may be particular to your dog, as in Cash liked to eat rocks! I have nothing but praise & gratitude to Diana for how she made our puppy one who is a joy to be around. Take your problem “child” to her! You won’t be sorry and she is worth every penny! We will also be using her boarding services in the future as I have no reservations about leaving Cash with her again.
