Denise Mazzola's Everything Dog

If you have a fearful and or aggressive dog and feeling very overwhelmed by the situation, look no further!! Denise and Amy at Everything Dog have been incredible. They have completely turned around what was a pretty hopeless situation. I was very discouraged and at the end of my rope after working with 3 different trainers over the years. I was seeing little to no improvement with my dog. In some ways he was only getting worse because the root causes were not being addressed. When I saw their ad, I thought “Ok, this is my last ditch effort.” Immediately upon signing up, you get an entire library of helpful videos and training material. I wasn’t sure how it would work with it being virtual. But if you post videos of the issues, they’ll provide feedback. Plus, there are monthly zooms where you can ask questions and they’ll continue to provide guidance and tips. So it worked well! Their ideas and techniques have been different from other trainers I have worked with in the past. It’s about getting at the root problems and changing the way you behave and look at things, which in turn changes your dog’s behavior. You have to be willing to put in the work and remain consistent, but it will pay off. I promise you!

We loved taking classes with Amy at Everything Dog! Understanding dog behavior and dog motivation in class helped us feel confident in taking the skills to transfer them to unique situations in our home. The training felt like skills work for us, yet appeared more like games and bonding to our 6 month old Boxer. Amy was clear and direct with what to do to change or encourage behavior, with solid reasoning and explanations as to why.
