We are aware that this review is from the same individual who posted the previous one. For the sake of clarity, we want to provide the full context. As previously stated, your dog was picked up early—before completing the full duration of our board-and-train program. Throughout your dog’s stay, we provided regular video updates to demonstrate progress and invited you to attend the three mandatory transfer sessions designed to teach owners how to properly handle their trained dogs. Unfortunately, you only attended a partial first session and did not complete the full transfer process. Without that hands-on follow-through, even a well-trained dog will struggle to succeed once home. Regarding your dog’s health, we closely monitor every dog by taking photos and recording their weight at both check-in and check-out. Your dog did not lose weight and was in good health during their stay. If kennel cough had been present in our facility, it would have affected multiple dogs—which was not the case. Additionally, any naturally occurring health issues that arise during a dog’s stay are the financial responsibility of the owner. (Please refer to your contract for details.) After your dog left our facility, you contacted us about a health concern. We immediately requested veterinary records and began a review. Despite our attempts to address the situation—including follow-up calls, offers for additional support, and outreach from our management team—you were uncooperative. Scheduled appointments were missed, and further communication went unanswered. It became clear that your main focus was obtaining a refund, not working together to resolve the issue. This is not how we conduct business. We stand by our program and the care we provide, but resolution requires cooperation.
