Deland Dog Sports

I had a time to take my poodle dock diving for weeks. I never received a phone call, email or otherwise with directions or was given the chance to ask questions. They also never requested proof of veterinary care. Day of, I find them in my maps app and go to the location. I cannot find it. I call them to ask. I receive no answer. I leave a message telling them I am lost. I search online and on their website it gives a different address when you click on directions. I go there. That's not it either. I try calling again, it still goes straight to voicemail. I finally, by googling "central Florida dog sports directions" find written out directions to the location. Follow those. Finally find the very poorly marked location. By the time I found it, my slot was gone and they said they didn't have a space that day. I let them know I had called to ask for directions and they basically said too bad, I was considered a no show and would be charged (I will be disputing the bill). I walked back to my car crying in frustration. If you go here know it's not easy to find, they do not help you reschedule or otherwise if you are late AND they do not answer their phones, which is the main problem. This whole situation would have been completely avoided if a business just answered their phone during business hours. The first time I called I was less than two minutes away.
