Absolutely phenomenal! Tiffany has an incredible gift for connecting with both dogs and their owners. They break down the basics in a way that’s clear, easy to follow, and highly effective. What really stood out was how patient, positive, and encouraging they are throughout the process. My dog not only learned the core commands quickly, but I also learned how to communicate with my dog more effectively. Every lesson was fun, engaging, and packed with practical tips that we could use right away. Jade and Natasha have boarded with Tiffany at Defender K9 numerous times beginning in April 2024. More recently, Jade and I went through a (re)training that involved Jade being with Tiffany in-house for 4 weeks. Jade and Natasha adore Tiffany and I refer to her as "their other mother"! Tiffany provides excellent care and has ideal boarding accommodations. From short stays to several weeks when I'm out of the country, Tiffany has always been so caring of my dogs! If a dog owner needs guidance with behavior issues, Tiffany provides outstanding advice.
