We started with Teal for training. We paid upfront and we were supposed to do 5 weeks of training twice a week with our new dog. We were really struggling with our dog and she gave us a lot of hope. She regularly did not show (without calling or texting) to the appointments and would have lots of excuses. I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt and have certainly had my share of seasons in life where everything goes wrong. Like others have said, one day she just stopped responding. We had a session the weekend before and put it on her calendar for the next week. She no showed and has not responded to calls, messages, or anything. We are now considering rehoming our dog as we’ve continued to have more and more behavior issues. We wasted so much time trying to be patient with this company and we are very disappointed. The training itself was helpful in that some of the suggestions helped us better understand the behavior we were seeing but we received little in the way of actually changing many behaviors because of the lack of consistency in training appointments.

Teal is working with my pup and myself. She is the first trainer to show for all sessions or if a change is needed she tells me in advance. My pup loves her and gets so excited to see her. I paid money for other places like Petco and the trainer quit before finishing the training-this was not refunded by the way Petco misled me about my pup and I do not feel that with Teal. She is an excellent trainer and recommends quality products. She does an excellent job with both the training and grooming.
